Mariane Nunes is CEO and founder of NAHY Group. Born in Piedade, São Paulo, Brazil, she has lived in Dubai since 2015. She founded NAHY in 2025 and Nuances in the same year.

Nuances and Co. is the trading name of Nuances Education and Consultancy (FZE), a NAHY Group company with its office in Business Bay, Dubai. We set up and maintain companies in the United Arab Emirates, with service in Portuguese and English, and provide education consultancy for people who want to study in the country.
The company
Nuances Education and Consultancy (FZE) is a Free Zone Establishment licensed in the United Arab Emirates in 2025. The licence's registered address is at Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Sharjah. Client service takes place at the NAHY Group operational office: Office 603, Burlington Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. Day to day we use the trading name Nuances and Co.
What we do
Two service lines. The first is company formation and maintenance: free zone, mainland and offshore, residence visas through the company, corporate bank accounts, VAT and Corporate Tax filing, annual licence and visa renewals, and company closure. Accounting execution is handled with a licensed partner accountant in Dubai; Nuances coordinates and answers in Portuguese and English. The second line is education consultancy: school and university enrolment in the UAE and student visas.
We publish two prices of our own: company formation from AED 6,000, company only and without visa, and corporate bank account advisory from AED 1,500. All other services are quoted case by case.
