ADGM may be the closer starting point where the planned ADGM activity, independent legal jurisdiction and physical-presence requirement match the operating model. DIFC may merit comparison where the company’s centre of gravity is a Dubai financial free zone and its published firm categories are more directly aligned. KEZAD may be more relevant when the core operation is wholesale distribution, re-export, warehousing or an industrial project; its sector material identifies automotive, food processing, life science, logistics, metals, polymers and speciality chemicals. Eligibility and current activity approval should decide the outcome.
